John is a past president of ACCA Scotland and, until recently, was also a member of ACCA UK Small Business Committee and is currently a Scottish Representative in the ACCA International Assembly.

John qualified in 1980 and established Fairgrieve Kerr after a long career in the public sector with the vision of creating an accountancy firm that customers feel are part of the family.
